Personalized Strength Training Programming
Whether you are looking to use strength training to complement and improve your climbing/running/biking/etc. or simply are looking to spend some time in the gym getting stronger, these weekly workouts are written to meet your strength training goals. 1-on-1 personal training also available at additional cost.
2 workouts/week for $50/month
3 workouts/week for $75/month
4 workouts/week for $100/month
Semi-customizable Marathon Training Plans (pace & days of the week for long runs, cross-training, off days, etc. are customizable)
The Amateur - Perfect for a first timer or someone who has completed a marathon but never followed specific, tailored programming and is looking to just finish the race feeling good. This plan starts at 3x/week running and progresses to 4x/week over the course of 18 weeks. 2x/week strength training workouts are included. It is recommended that you are comfortable running 15 miles per week before beginning a marathon training program. Cost = $75
The Experienced - Ideal for someone who has completed a marathon or two before and is looking to improve speed and achieve a specific time goal. This plan starts at 4x/week and progresses to 5x/week over the course of 16 weeks. 2x/week strength training workouts are included. Cost = $75
Fully Customizable Training Plans
A personally crafted training program that accommodates all the nuances of your upcoming event and goals. Ideal if your event involves multiple sports, has significant elevation gain/loss or other special circumstances such as altitude or mixed terrain. Cost = $100+ (dependent on length of training program and other variables)
Personal Coaching
Coaching includes a fully customizable training plan as well as weekly check-ins, real time modifications to your plan based on how you are progressing and how you are tolerating the training week to week. It also includes up to 2x/week strength training workouts tailored to your goals. Cost = $100/month
